Wheatgrass Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup love earth pistachios
- 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon love earth wheatgrass powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Put everything into a food processor, and blend well until creamy texture.
- Transfer into a container, freeze for a few hours.
- Serve and enjoy
