Wheatgrass Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream



  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup love earth pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 1 tablespoon love earth wheatgrass powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract




  1. Put everything into a food processor, and blend well until creamy texture.
  2. Transfer into a container, freeze for a few hours.
