Wakame Miso Soup



  • 1 L of Love Earth Dried Kombu stock
  • 25g of Love Earth Dried Wakame Seaweed
  • 5 tbsp of miso paste
  • 2 tsp of Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp of  Soy Sauce
  • 75g of Bok Choy




  1. Bring the stock to the boil in a deep saucepan.
  2. Turn down the heat and add wakame in then stir in the miso paste, the sesame oil and soy sauce. Taste, adding more miso for a deeper flavour if you wish.
  3. Place the bok choy into serving bowls, then pour over the miso stock.
