Vegan Cookie Dough Slice with Chocoholic Cherry Granola Topping




Cookie Dough:

  • 2 Cups of Love Earth Organic Chickpeas
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbs of Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbs of Coconut Milk
  • 2 or 1 1/2 Tbs of Coconut Milk Powder




  • 1 1/2 Cups of Love Earth Chocoholic Cherry Granolove
  • 1/2 Cup of Love Earth Dried Cranberry




  1. Blend all cookie dough ingredients until very smooth. Divide in half and bend cacao with on half.
  2. Layer cookie dough mixture in a lined loaf tin.
  3. Top with Granolove.
  4. Leave to firm in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Keep slices in a container in the fridge.
