Vegan Cookie Dough Slice with Chocoholic Cherry Granola Topping
- 2 Cups of Love Earth Organic Chickpeas
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbs of Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs of Coconut Milk
- 2 or 1 1/2 Tbs of Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups of Love Earth Chocoholic Cherry Granolove
- 1/2 Cup of Love Earth Dried Cranberry
- Blend all cookie dough ingredients until very smooth. Divide in half and bend cacao with on half.
- Layer cookie dough mixture in a lined loaf tin.
- Top with Granolove.
- Leave to firm in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Keep slices in a container in the fridge.
