Chopped Carinder Leaves

  1. Heat oil in a pot. Add in paspuran, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  2. Now add in red lentils and fry for 3-5 minutes,
  3. Add chopped tomato, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add water and let it cook on medium flame until the lentil cook properly and turn soft.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve with it
