Soft Brownie Cookie – Gluten Free
Ingredients:
- 100g of Love Earth Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 80g of Cocoa Powder
- 140g of Love Earth Cane Sugar
- 2g of Love Earth Himalaya Rock Salt
- 2 Grade A Eggs
- 26g of Love Earth Coconut Flour
- 2g of Baking Powder
Instruction:
- Preheat oven to 180C or 160F
- Line wax paper or silicon mat on a flat baking pan and set aside.
- Mix coconut oil and cocoa powder until combined
- Add in cane sugar and salt and mix until combined
- Then add eggs until combined
- Lastly, fold in coconut flour and baking powder then mix until combined
- Bake for 12-15 mins
