Chronic knee pain is a long term pain, swelling, sensitivity in one or both the knees. Good news is, these foods can help to reduce inflammation and pain:



  1. Chili

Chili contains capsaicin that have effective effects to relive pain for back, hips and shoulders. Capsaicin also have been use to form cream and it can be bought over-the-counter or made at home.

  1. Ginger

The active compound contains in ginger which is known as gingerol have powerful anti-inflammatory effects. This can help to relieve knee pain, especially pain caused by arthritis. Gingerol extract also can be found in the form of supplement.

  1. Turmeric

Turmeric contain curcumin, an active compound that have strong anti-inflammatory effects and act as strong antioxidant. However, due to curcumin is poorly absorbed into bloodstream, black pepper can be added to enhance the absorption of curcumin.
