- 900g Love Earth Low GI Basmati Rice
- 4 tablespoon Love Earth Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 teaspoon Love Earth Pure Ginger Powder
- 2 teaspoon Love Earth Himalaya Rock Salt
- 1/2 Large Red Onion, sliced
- 600ml filtered water
- Love Earth Crispy Chili Flakes 180g
- 1 cup Lightly Roasted Cashew Nut
- 500g Anchovies, air-fried or baked
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 3 Pandan leaves, tied with knot
- Wash and rinse rice. Cook rice with coconut oil, pandan leaves, ginger powder, salt, sliced onion and filtered water in a rice cooker.
- When rice is cooked, immediately serve with cashew nuts, anchovies, cucumber and crispy chilli flakes on the side.
