Homemade Organic Coconut Bread
- 50g of Love Earth Coconut Flour
- 45g of Love Earth Chia Seeds (Soaked)
- 15g of Love Earth Sunflower Kernel
- 6g of Love Earth Pumpkin Kernel
- 18g of Love Earth Brown Flaxseeds
- 18g of Love Earth White Sesame
- 10g of Baking Powder
- 3g of Love Earth Himalaya Rock Salt
- 6 Grade A Eggs
- 75g of Unsalted Margarine (Soften)
- Preheat oven at 180C/160C for fan.
- Ready a 16.5cm x 7.5cm x 4.5cm alluminium mould.
- Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Ass the eggs and mix until combine with a whisk.
- Add in butter and mix until combined. Let stand for 5 min for the batter to thicken.
- Pour into the prepares mould and bake for about 40-50mins.
