Healthy Korean Bibimbap with 10 Grain Rice
Bibimbap Recipe:
- 100g of Cooked Love Earth 10 Grain Rice/ Love Earth Low GI Basmati Rice
- 40g of Chopped Carrots
- 40g of Steamed & Chopped Green Beans
- 40g of Steamed Spinach
- 40g of Chopped Purple Cabbage
- 1 Fried Egg / Egg Yolk
Bulgogi Style Grilled Chicken:
- 200g of Raw Chicken Breast
- 3 Clove of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Love Earth Organic Cane Sugar
- Pinch of Love Earth Himalaya Rock Salt &Love Earth Organic Black Pepper Powder for Taste
Gochujang Bibimbap Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp of Korean Gochujang Paste
- 2 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp of Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Love Earth Organic Cane Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Love Earth Dehulled White Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Bibimbap Recipe:
- Pre- cooked rice, chop carrot and purple cabbage into strips, steam and chop the green beans and spinach, then set aside as preparation.
- Fried an egg and set aside as preparation as well.
Bulgogi Style Grilled Chicken:
- Mix all the ingredient needed in a bowl and marinade the chicken breast for atleast 30 minutes and then grill in on a hot grill or pan.
Gochujang Bibimbap Sauce:
- Mix them all in a bowl and it is ready to be served
