Healthy 10 Grain Nasi ‘Lemak’




  • 1 cup of Love Earth Organic Ten Grain Rice
  • 1 tbs of Love Earth Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 leaves of Pandan
  • 1 3/4 cups of water
  • A pinch of Love Earth Himalaya Mineral Salt
  • A pinch of Love Earth Pure Ginger Powder
  • Preferred amount of Crispy Chili Flakes as Sambal




  1.  Wash and soak the Ten Grain Rice for 30 minutes. (For a better & softer texture)
  2.  Mix all the ingredients into the rice cooker together with the soaked rice.
  3. Add in 1 3/4 cups of waters. (Depend on preference and it’s around the same amount of water used to cook a normal rice)
  4. Start you rice cooker and ready to smell the aroma.
  5. Then, arrange egg, cashew nuts, cucumber and of course Crispy Chili Flakes to serve!
