Edamame Fettuccine Alfredo (Serves 4)







  1. Melt butter and saute garlic for 1 minute. Then add sliced chicken and mushroom and cook for 7 minutes.
  1. Under low heat, stir in heavy cream and both grated cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add fettuccine in and cook for 1 minute and drain.
  1. Add cooked fettuccine to sauce. Mix well and serve immediately.
