Dairy Free Vegan Ricotta
- 1/2 Cup of Lightly Roasted Macadamia
- Pinch of Love Earth Himalaya Rock Salt
- 1 Tbs of Apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1/3 Cup of Water
- Blend macadamia, Apple cider vinegar, and salt together until smooth.
- Add water 1 Tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
