Candied Cinnamon Nuts
- 1 Cup of Love Earth Organic Chickpeas
- 1 Cup of Love Earth Lightly Roasted Almond
- 2 Tbs of Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Love Earth Ceylon Cinnamon Powder or any cinnamon oil
- 1 Tbsp of Love Earth Organic Coconut Sugar
- Mix cinnamon powder and coconut oil together then drizzle over chickpeas and almonds.
- Mix in coconut sugar until will coated. ** Add more sugar if needed.
- Bake at 180C until crispy. **Keep your eye on them every 2 minute to make sure they not burn.
- Leave at a cool place before eating.
