1. I forgot my username / password. What should I do?

2. Who has the right to access your personal information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for any purpose without your explicit consent. We may collect information for our own advertising and improvement purposes. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us, kindly find the unsubscribe link located at the footer of newsletter that you received.

3. I need to change my address or other details. What should I do?

Please log in to your account to change your personal details. You may also add/update your billing address and shipping addresses.


1. What happens if I noticed that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?

In the event of this happening, please email us ( and /or call us immediately (Office: 1700 81 8832 | Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday). You will need to provide us with the following details – Account Name & Invoice Number.

2. Can I order from and pick the items up from your outlets?

Yes, customers may select "Pick Up" option at Cart Page or Checkout Page. Do take note that Pick Up is only available at our Warehouse at Prima Selayang. Customers are required to pick up within 4 working days. Please call if you are not able to make it for pick up within the mentioned period. Any pick up later than that would be charged a storage fee of RM5 per day.

3. What happens if an item I ordered Is not available?

We apologize if certain items are out of stock. You will receive an email and/or phone call from one of our customer service.

4. How long can I keep the items in my cart?

Items are kept in your shopping cart for as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, the site will alert you on the cart page that the item is out of stock. Your order and items will only be confirmed once payment has been made.

5. Can I order over the phone?

Sorry, we are currently unable to take phone orders.

6. Can I order and have it wrapped as a gift?

So sorry, we do not provide gift wrapping services at the moment.

7. Are the items offered online ( the same as the ones available at Love Earth distributing outlets?

We practice "recommended price" in all our distributing outlets. Anyhow, we are not able to promise all prices will be the same, as different outlets might be running a different promotion from time to time.

8. I have added an item that was “In Stock” to my Shopping Cart, but the status of the item changed to "Sold Out" upon checkout. How is this possible?  

Availability of items can only be confirmed upon payment. Some high demand items may sell out between being added to your cart and you checking out.
