What is Gout?

Gout is generally known as a form of inflammatory arthritis. It is caused by the formation of uric acid crystal and it usually affects one joint at a time, mostly the big toe joint. Repeated bouts of gout can lead to gouty arthritis which is a worsening form of arthritis.

People with below conditions are more likely to get gout:

Turmeric contain curcumin, an active compound that have strong anti-inflammatory effects and act as strong antioxidant. However, due to curcumin is poorly absorbed into bloodstream, black pepper can be added to enhance the absorption of curcumin.

Active compound in pineapple, bromelain have shown the anti-inflammatory properties to fight pain and inflammation. A report concludes that, bromelain has been recognized as a safe and therapeutic agent for arthritis and inflammation.
