Apple Crumble Breakfast Bar with Almond Toffee Granolove Topping














  1. Blend all base ingredients until almost smooth. Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.
  2. To make the filling, heat a saucepan and add apple, water, molasses, cinnamon.
  3. Once Apple has cooked down, remove some of the liquid and mix with the starch.
  4. Add back to the saucepan and cook until liquid is thick.
  5. Allow cooling.
  6. Pour over base.
  7. Mix granola with coconut oil and press on Top of the Apple.
  8. Set in the fridge.
