Apple Crumble Breakfast Bar with Almond Toffee Granolove Topping
Base:
- 1 cup of Love Earth Organic Rolled Oats
- 2 tbs of syrup
- 1 tbs of Love Earth Coconut Flour
- 2 tbs of Almond Butter
- 1 tbs of Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Center:
- 1 large apple (peeled and diced)
- 1 tsp of Love Earth Organic Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tsp of Love Earth Unrefined Molasses Sugar
- 2 tsp of Love Earth Organic Potato Starch
- 1/2 cup of water
Topping:
- 1 cup of Love Earth Almond Toffee Bites Granolove
- 1 tbs of Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Instructions:
- Blend all base ingredients until almost smooth. Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.
- To make the filling, heat a saucepan and add apple, water, molasses, cinnamon.
- Once Apple has cooked down, remove some of the liquid and mix with the starch.
- Add back to the saucepan and cook until liquid is thick.
- Allow cooling.
- Pour over base.
- Mix granola with coconut oil and press on Top of the Apple.
- Set in the fridge.
