Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Serves 2)
- 1 tablespoon Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 large (2 small) apple, cut into small chunks
- ½ teaspoon Love Earth Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ cup Lightly Roasted Natural Pecan
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 cup Love Earth Organic Quick Rolled Oat
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Love Earth Raw Honey
- 1 teaspoon Love Earth Organic Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds, as garnish (optional)
- Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add in the apples and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add in oats, almond milk, and chia seeds.
- Give it a stir and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly during the cooking process.
- Ladle into bowls and top them off with pomegranate seeds (or other fruit) and pecan nuts. Serve immediately.
