Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Serves 2)







  1. Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add in the apples and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Add in oats, almond milk, and chia seeds.
  5. Give it a stir and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly during the cooking process.
  6. Ladle into bowls and top them off with pomegranate seeds (or other fruit) and pecan nuts. Serve immediately.
