Almond Chia Pudding
- 2 cups of Love Earth Organic Almond Soymilk
- 1/2 cup of Love Earth Organic Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tbsp of Love Earth Coconut Nectar
- Add favorite toppings such as figs, plums, or almond
- Combine almond milk, chia seeds, coconut nectar in a bowl. Mix well until combined and the mixture begins to thicken. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight or for at least an hour.
- Stir well before serving and add a bit of water to the pudding if it becomes too thick. Top with fruits and nuts of your choice.
