5 Easy & Tasty Ways to Take Wheatgrass Daily

 

Wheatgrass has been known to be a “superfood”, having a number of health benefits attached to it.

Packed with nutrients, enzymes and amino acids that help to strengthen the immune system.

 

There are many ways to take your wheatgrass daily. Here are 5 easy and tasty ways to try on:

 

  1. In a glass of water

 

Simply mix 1 teaspoon of Love Earth Organic Wheatgrass Powder in a glass of water. You may enjoy it with a squeeze of lemon too!

 

  1. Wheatgrass Latte

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mix a cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of Love Earth Raw Honey and 1 teaspoon of Love Earth Organic Wheatgrass Powder together, and enjoy!

 

  1. Wheatgrass Mint Choco Chip Smoothie

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1½ cups almond milk

1 cup spinach

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon Love Earth Organic Wheatgrass Powder

½ avocado

2 handfuls mint

1 tbs cacao nibs

 

Method:

Blend everything (except cacao nibs) in a blender.

Add cacao nibs, and pulse a few times. Transfer smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle more cacao nibs and serve.

 

  1. Wheatgrass Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup Love Earth Light Roasted Natural Pistachio

3 tablespoons Love Earth Raw Honey

1 tablespoon Love Earth Organic Wheatgrass Powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Method:

Put everything into a food processor, and blend well until creamy.

Transfer into a container, freeze for a few hours.

 

  1. Wheatgrass Grain-free Porridge

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Love Earth Organic Wheatgrass Powder

1 teaspoon Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

3 tablespoon shredded coconut

3/4 cup coconut milk

3 tsp Love Earth Lightly Roasted Almond

1 tablespoon Love Earth Organic Golden Flaxseed

1 tablespoon Love Earth Organic Pumpkin kernel

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of Love Earth Seasalt Fine

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients into a small saucepan.

Heat over low-medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes

Wait until the porridge thickens to desired texture and remove the pan

Pour the porridge into your bowl and add strawberries, blueberries, and banana as the topping.
